Refunds + Returns

Can I return my kit?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Only if the kit is unopened and in its original condition.

What if my order arrives damaged or something’s missing?
Yikes—sorry about that! Please email us at hello@almostartist.co.za within 3 days of receiving your kit with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes, on returned items that are eligible. Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days.

What if I just changed my mind?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds on kits that have been opened or used. But hey, give it a shot, you might surprise yourself 💅
